Desire is complicated and is impacted by many factors - our health, our social stressors, and the state of our relationships. Furthermore, society has placed unfair pressure on individuals through unrealistic depictions of desire as being abundant and spontaneous, especially in the context of long-term relationships. Traditional doctor’s visits don’t have the time to fully explore these factors and how they may be inhibiting your desire to connect sexually, but at Sensate, this is my specialty.

Through a combination of exploring your unique sexual history, discussing any health conditions or medications that may be affecting your desire, sharing educational information on human sexuality, and employing coaching techniques to address areas of your life that are sapping your energy and vitality, we will develop a personalized plan to help you cultivate a satisfying and fulfilling sex life.
